HUMAN RIGHTS

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. (http://www.ohchr.org/EN/Issues/Pages/WhatareHumanRights.aspx).
So this rights defens the dignity of a person since her/his birth.

At the begining there weren't any laws for defend the human right. By the time, the persons realize that they need it because it was necessary for defen themselves. The frist thing that we can nomenate human right is the Cyrus Cylinder. It is an ancient clay cylinder, now broken into several pieces, on which is written a declaration in Akkadian cuneiform script in the name of Persia's Achaemenid king Cyrus the Great. After It will appear in Rome with the name of Natural Law. After it will be emerge in Magna Carta, American Constitution, French Revolution, Natural Rights, Napoleón defeat, Ghandi, World War and finally in United Nations.

Human rights are divided into different categories or groups. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations and valid since 1948, consists of 30 articles. In the ONU declaration, there are those that are considered the basic human rights for each individual. This declaration includes vital rights, such as freedom, education, health and housing.

There are counties where these rights are fulfilled, as in the case of Finland. But there are also other places that are not fulfilled, as for example in Syria, Palestine North Korea, etc.
