A Little Exercise Is Better Than None

Summery:
Exercise is very important for us. It can prevent illness like cancer. We all know it, but there are people who can't do exercise because they work all day. It is recommendable to try to do something to increase their heart rates over the weekend, for exemple go for run.
There are people who do a lot of exercise during Saturdays and Sundays. A new study suggests that it is healthy.

Australian researchers at the University of Sydney conducted the study. It took place over a nine-year period. It took place over a nine-year period. They used 63000 adults for the experiment. And they arrived to the conclusion that the person who do exercice two time at week, lives more than a person who don't do exercice.

On the one hand the person who do exercice only on week-end, they have 18 percent lower risk of dying from cáncer. As for cardiovascular disease, weekend warriors had a 40 percent lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

Opinion:
It is very important do exercice everyday. But sometimes it is difficul combine study/work with sport. I do exercise on the weekends only.
