A Little Exercise Is Better Than None

Summery:
Exercise is very important for us. It can prevent illness like cancer. We all know it, but there are people who can't do exercise because they work all day. It is recommendable to try to do something to increase their heart rates over the weekend, for exemple go for run.
There are people who do a lot of exercise during Saturdays and Sundays. A new study suggests that it is healthy.

Australian researchers at the University of Sydney conducted the study. It took place over a nine-year period. It took place over a nine-year period. They used 63000 adults for the experiment. And they arrived to the conclusion that the person who do exercice two time at week, lives more than a person who don't do exercice.

On the one hand the person who do exercice only on week-end, they have 18 percent lower risk of dying from cáncer. As for cardiovascular disease, weekend warriors had a 40 percent lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

Opinion:
It is very important do exercice everyday. But sometimes it is difficul combine study/work with sport. I do exercise on the weekends only.

'Hello' to Five Grammys for Adele

SUMMARY:

Adele was the winner at the 59th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. She won even Beyoncé. She can’t believed it. After it, Beyonce gave a performance that recognized mothers everywhere (because she is pregnant). And also they were performances in honor of artists who died in 2016.

Also won David Bowie, Solange Knowles, Beyonce’s little sister and Maren Morris.

By surprise, in the awards ceremony, came news that American singer Al Jarreau had died at a Los Angeles hospital.

In this festival there was a combination of a lot of styles of music like pop, rap, etc.

OPINION:

I don’t follow this types of festivals so I don’t have any opinion.

Days After U.S. Election Marked By Protests

SUMMARY:

Donald Trump has winning the election. No, I am not joking. The majority of population of US had vote this despicable man. The day after of his winnig, a lot of people protested Donald Trump’s election.

In some places they rally by violence and in the another places by peaceful. People also protest in front of Trump's builfings. Population are against the racism, sexism, male chauvinism, etc.

People shouted together, “we reject the president-elect”, “support women of color”, "not my president", f*ck Donad Trump",etc. The Reuters news agency says more protests are planned for this weekend.

OPINION:

I'm totally surprised that a racist like Trump is the president of the United States. I did not expect it. Many people are protesting against this man, But I don't think they can do something. He has won, that is, the majority of the population has voted him. I don't understand how, but they have chosen him before Clinton. I don't know what this man is capable of doing ... I'm very worried.
